PROCESS FOR STANDARD RETURN SHIPPING

Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You can reach us at 800.694-9494 or customerservice@goldtip.com.

Pack items in original packaging and include Return Authorization Number on the package. UPS is our preferred carrier, however, if you choose another carrier, make sure they provide insurance and tracking information.  Bee Stinger is not responsible for lost packages.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip and include the order number from the original order in the address.
